I’m Cathey W. Law, a Licensed Professional Counselor and former Human Resources and DEI executive.
For more than two decades, I built my career shaping culture and leading people—while quietly battling the toll that came with it. Behind the titles and polished résumés, I lived what many high-achieving women of color know too well: the weight of representation, the microaggressions masked as feedback, the quiet fatigue of holding everything and everyone together.

A health scare forced me to stop. Two years abroad gave me back my breath. I came home grounded, no longer performing calm—actually living it.

Now, I merge my corporate lens with clinical expertise in Brainspotting and somatic therapy to help women of color in leadership heal what success has cost them. My clients are directors, executives, and entrepreneurs who have checked every box except peace. Together, we work through burnout, anxiety, trauma, and transitions—so you can lead and live without losing yourself.

For organizations, I design corporate wellness and executive resilience programs that address the unspoken pressures of leadership and identity—because wellbeing is a business strategy, not a perk.

My work centers one truth: you can have achievement and alignment, ambition and rest.
I help you get both.

Welcome. You’ve done enough surviving. Let’s build what thriving looks like for you.

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here

I believe we all carry the desire to become our best selves, yet life often places obstacles in our path—stress, loss, burnout, or transitions that shake our confidence. My role is to help you navigate those moments with clarity and compassion so you can move forward with strength and purpose.

Therapy is a collaborative journeys. You bring your story, your goals, and your wisdom. I bring tools from counseling, and years of leadership experience to support your growth. Together, we clear the roadblocks and chart a path that feels authentic to you.

For organizations, I extend this same philosophy through corporate wellness consulting—designing programs that reduce burnout, improve resilience, and foster inclusive cultures where employees thrive. By aligning wellbeing with leadership and organizational goals, I help companies create workplaces where both people and performance can flourish.

The challenges you face—whether personal or professional—are not the end of the story. With support, resilience, and intention, you can unlock the next chapter of your life and career.
